WEEK 14 FYP 2



Title of activity

INDUSTRIAL DAY/ ENGINEER'S DAY

As the day already come, lecturer that access me is MISS FAZLIN AND SIR SHAHARUDIN YOB. i just can say its okay ;) 



Thanks to God, I'm done with the presentation. Now it is the time to complete my FINAL YEAR PROJECT REPORT and TECHNICAL REPORT. May Allah ease all the plan. ;)


Alhamdulillah,its already done. thank you Allah, thank you mom and dad, thank your sir razak, thank you friend and thank you  technicians and thank you everyone. 

Final report i will do later ;))

WEEK 13 FYP 2



Title of activity:
TROUBLE SHOOTING FORMS

Title: ROBOTIC WHEELCHAIR FOR SPECIALIZE OPERATIONS
Date started: 10.10.2012
Date ended: 12.10.2012
Time taken: 2 days
Equipment: Digital Multimeter, supply and jumper

Observation / information: LED (indicator) at motor driver (reclining part) circuit not turns ON

STEP:
1.      ON supply; the LCD display is display the stage of reset condition.
2.      Press switch forward right; the wheelchair is move forward right and indicator is ON.
3.      Press switch recline leg’s part forward; indicator not turn on but the leg’s part is not recline.
4.       Press switch recline body’s part forward; indicator not turn on but the body’s part is not recline.
5.      Check input voltage at indicator and noted the value of voltage. The voltage is 0V then checks the value of other component and check their connection.


6.      OFF supply; check the connection of supply and circuit wiring. Find wrong connections supply from the input to the motor driver circuit. Repair the wiring and check again the connection.

RESULT: Since the supply is connected to the motor driver circuit. Therefore, the indicator at motor driver circuit is turns ON and the leg and body’s part is reclined.

WEEK 12 FYP 2


Title of activity

Make a poster for my presentation day @ industrial day.

OBJECTIVE

 A briefly explanation or summary of my project that can be see on that's day.

CONTENT/PROCEDURE

1. I use the publisher to design my poster by using the A1 size.
2. i put the abstract, objective, methodology like block diagram and flowchart, application, results and references.

ANALYSIS


CONCLUSION

I design this poster and check with advisor and Sir said okay ;) i sent to printing servuce and print the A1 size ;)

WEEK 11 FYP 2


Title of activity:
 make extra cushion for this prototype

OBJECTIVE
to show how we want the user feel comfort even this is prototype only.

CONTENT/PROCEDURE

1. Buy the cushion and fabric.
2. use on this arm, seat,leg and body part.

ANALYSIS




CONCLUSION

this prototype like a wheelchair now after we put the cushion. hope it can give benefit in impression of my project ;)

WEEK 10 FYP 2



Title of activity:

test the output of mechanical part of this project

OBJECTIVE

To make sure the mechanical part can work efficiently or not.

CONTENT/PROCEDURE

1. Connect the prototype with power supply.
2. give the instruction to the prototype by using switch.
3. all the result is record.

ANALYSIS




This reclining part cannot  function or work very well because of the mechanical part. the design must be adjusted with the correct design.

CONCLUSION

Its not easy , the problem come from each part whether program and mechanical.

WEEK 9 FYP 2


Title of objective:

test the led  and lcd panel result that act as output for stage of motor.

OBJECTIVES

we can see or know the output of this project.

CONTENT/PROCEDURE

1. Connect the project with battery.
2.make sure all the connection is okay.
3. all the result is recorded.

ANALYSIS











This table and figure above is taken when we do testing. all the data i combine in table above to make it clearly to see.

Conclusion

the result is based on the testing but when doing this testing some problem come from technical or mechanical part too.

WEEK 8 FYP 2

 
Title of activity:

Combine the hardware of mechanical part with the circuit programming.

OBJECTIVES:

To make the prototype operate with the main program.

CONTENT/ PROCEDURE:

1. use the screw and screw drill.
2. make a hole at base by using screw drill.
3. screw the circuit to the base.

 ANALYSIS:





Conclusion:

it will be great if can put the circuit in upper seat but the prototype is small so it's can't. But if upgraded it can be change ;)
